Terms and booking conditions
What follows are the conditions of the rate this hotel sells its rooms under today — the Flexible Rate — quoted as what they are. They are the ones you accept when you book. The conditions that apply to your booking are the ones printed on its confirmation: if the two ever disagree, your confirmation wins.
Who you are booking with
Your booking is with Chi nhánh Công ty TNHH OKVIET – SBH GESTVIET, the branch of Công ty TNHH OKVIET that operates Le Belhamy (tax registration 3301740892-001), Hà My Đông A, Điện Bàn Đông Ward, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. Rates are shown with taxes included; any local or tourist tax, where it applies, is paid directly at the hotel. These conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory tourism and consumer rules of Vietnam, where the hotel stands, and — if you are a consumer resident in the EU — those of your country of residence. As a consumer you may bring any dispute before the courts of your own domicile.
Date changes
You can change and modify dates up to five days before arrival. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, and the rates and offers that apply are the ones in force at the moment of the change — not the ones of the original booking.
Guarantee and payment
Your card details are used solely to guarantee the booking: nothing is charged when you reserve. Payment is made on arrival at the hotel, and every booking is held until 23:59 on the day of arrival. Neither this website nor its forms ever ask you for card details.
If you do not turn up
If you do not arrive on the day of your booking and have not told us beforehand, a penalty equal to one night is charged and the booking is cancelled. Telling us beforehand is precisely what avoids it, and it costs one message.
Cancelling
The Flexible Rate spells out date changes, the guarantee and no-shows, and it does not set a cancellation policy. We are not going to infer one for you: the conditions that apply to your booking are the ones on its confirmation. To cancel or change anything, write to us through the contact form choosing Modifications and quoting your booking reference — that route is answered within 24 hours.
What this page is, and what it is not
This is a faithful account of the rate conditions the hotel's own booking engine publishes, so that you can read them before you book instead of after. It does not replace them, it does not add to them and it does not invent a single clause: anything not written here is not a condition of this hotel, it is simply something this page does not cover yet.
