Privacy policy
This website has no accounts, no shopping basket and no login. The only moment it learns anything about you is when you write to us of your own accord, and what follows is exactly what happens then — field by field, checked against the code that runs it.
Who answers for your data
The data controller is Chi nhánh Công ty TNHH OKVIET – SBH GESTVIET, the branch of Công ty TNHH OKVIET that operates Le Belhamy (tax registration 3301740892-001), Hà My Đông A, Điện Bàn Đông Ward, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam. To access, rectify or erase your data, or to withdraw a consent you gave us, write to us through the contact form choosing the subject “Something else”: it reaches the people who handle data requests. We may ask you to prove your identity; the reply goes to the address you give.
What we collect, and only when you type it
From the contact form: your name, your email, your phone if you give it, the subject you pick, your message, and — when they apply — your dates, how many of you there are, the room type and your booking reference. From the villa finder, the answers you gave and the villa it recommended. Nothing else is asked, and no field is inferred: if you never write to us, this site stores nothing about you beyond your cookie choice.
The three technical fields, and why they exist
Along with your message we record your IP address, your browser's identification and the page you wrote from. They are not there for marketing: they are what lets us tell a person from the automated spam that hits any public form, together with two invisible defences — a decoy field and a stopwatch. We also record which campaign or link brought you here, if any, so we know what works.
What it is used for
To answer you and to arrange what you asked for — nothing else. Each subject has a route and a stated reply time, and that is the whole purpose of the data: a booking enquiry reaches the people who can quote it, a complaint reaches the people who can fix it. Your message is never used to advertise to you, and it is never handed to anyone to sell you something.
Where it ends up
Three places, all of them ours: a file on the server that hosts this website, an internal email to the department that has to answer you, and a spreadsheet where the enquiries are tracked so that none is lost. The email and the spreadsheet run on Google Workspace, which processes them on our behalf and for no other purpose. No other company receives your message.
How long it is kept
For as long as your enquiry is being dealt with, and afterwards only for as long as it could still matter — a booking that turns into a stay, or a complaint that could come back. When neither applies any more, the record stops being useful and is deleted. If you would rather it went sooner, ask us and it goes.
Your rights, and the short way to use them
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us from the contact form or call the hotel: both reach the same people, and neither requires you to quote a law. The formal channel and the company that must answer for it are the one thing this page is still missing, and it is the first point above.
What this site never asks you for
Card or bank details: payment is made at the hotel, and when the availability search is connected it belongs to the booking provider and runs on its own systems, not here. Nor does this site ask for documents, dates of birth or anything it does not need in order to reply to you. Visitor statistics, when they exist, are aggregated and anonymous and are explained on the cookie page.
