Four rooms and the circuit — five zones
Dry sauna, jacuzzi and steam room: the thermal circuit is included with any treatment, and fifteen to thirty minutes in it before the massage is what the therapists recommend. It can also be booked on its own, an hour ahead.

How it is booked

The hour, confirmed by the spa
The spa's hours change with how the hotel is running, so this page does not print them. Say the hour you would like and the spa reception confirms it. The thermal circuit on its own needs an hour's notice.

A day ahead, two to cancel
Ask at the spa reception the day before, or from your room without going down; two hours is enough if there is a slot free. Cancelling two days ahead costs nothing, and that is the spa's own policy, not the villa's. Come fifteen minutes early: that quarter of an hour is the thermal circuit.

Ages, and what to tell us
Massages from 16, facials from 12, and a treatment of its own for under-tens. Tell the therapist about any medical condition, pregnancy or allergy before you lie down — and every therapy can be adapted in pressure and focus, so say what your body needs today.
Is there a spa?
Bamboo Spa, with its reception at lobby level. There are indoor cabins, a couples' room, a foot reflexology pool and a thermal circuit — sauna, jacuzzi and steam room — that comes with any treatment and can also be booked on its own, free if you are staying in a villa. Twenty treatments and two packages on the menu. The spa's hours change with how the hotel is running, so ask for the hour you would like: book 24 hours ahead if you can, at the spa reception or from your room; two hours is enough if there is a slot free.
Are experiences paid in advance?
No. Nothing is charged in advance: the floating breakfast, the dinners, the cooking class and the spa are paid at the hotel — to your room, in cash or by Visa or Mastercard. Reception confirms each experience by email.
Does the hotel work for families with children?
Yes, and the room decides how many of you fit: the Private Pool Villa and the Private Pool Sea View Villa sleep four, the Ocean Duplex Villa and the Junior Suite three, and the Duplex Villa two plus one. One of the five Ocean Duplex is set up for a family with a child under twelve. Faifo has a children's menu, and Bamboo Spa has a treatment for under-tens — facials from twelve, massages from sixteen. If you need a cot or an extra bed, send it as a special request when you book: reception checks it with housekeeping and comes back to you before you travel.
Ask for the hour before you land
The spa keeps its own diary and reception is the one that looks at it. Write with your dates and the treatment you want, and the first afternoon is not spent asking.
