A hundred and sixty square metres for two
One floor, the sea in front and the coconut grove at the door. Five villas in the sea block, and the shared pool a few steps away.
Space used as space, not as a second bedroom
The Ocean Villa is the same 160 m² as its duplex sister, resolved on one level and set up for two. That is the whole idea: instead of stacking a mezzanine over the living room, the surface stays where you walk.
The bathroom has a bathtub, and the terrace is private. The pool is the shared one of the sea block — the water of a private pool is in the other four types, and it is the one thing this villa does not have.

The villa, step by step
The same villa in 3 photographs, in the order you would walk it: up to the door, in to the table by the open doors and through to the stone bathroom.
-
01 / 03 The arrival
The villa shows up between the palms, with its porch in front and lawn all the way to the door.
-
02 / 03 The doors open
With the doors folded back, the table looks straight out onto the lawn, the grove and the sea.
-
03 / 03 The stone bathroom
The basin is carved from a single block and the stone runs the whole height of the wall.
All of them are of an Ocean Villa. We only show what we have photographed of this type.

What is Hà My beach like?
Hà My is one of the best preserved stretches between Hoi An and Da Nang, and one of the quietest: open sand and a coconut grove behind it, with far fewer people than the beaches next to town. The access is direct from the resort: you walk out through the coconut grove without crossing any public road. Two things worth knowing before you swim: bathing is only allowed in the marked safe area, and there is no lifeguard — the sea is your own responsibility.
When is the best time to come?
The hotel is open all year. Central Vietnam has a dry season and a wet one, and the difference matters more here than on the beaches further south. Tell us your dates before you book and we will tell you honestly what the coast is like that week.
Five villas, and one of them is a corner of the grove
Tell reception your dates and how many of you there are, and you get an answer with the villa that fits — not a list.
