Private Pool Sea View Villa
240–260 m² · 4 guests · 6 units
A 25 m² private pool and the sea in front, with no road in between
Villas on Hà My beach, 12 minutes from Hoi An’s UNESCO old town.
A beach retreat of villas with a Vietnamese accent, on one of the least built-up stretches of coast between Hoi An and Da Nang.
What you are buying is floor, garden and water, not a list of extras. The smallest villa starts at 140 m². The Private Pool Sea View ones reach 260, with a private pool of 25 m².
You walk out of the living room to the sea without crossing a road. No promenade, no back gate, no shuttle to the sand: the beach access belongs to the hotel.
Hoi An is 12 minutes away and Da Nang airport 25. You go out for lanterns, tailors and a bowl of bún bò huế, and you come back to the villa for the pool, the sea and the quiet.
Architecture, cooking and service told in Vietnamese: exposed beams, tiled roofs, the food of the centre of the country and a herb garden of our own behind the restaurant.
Side by side — from the Standard Rooms to the villas with a pool of their own.

Hà My is the stretch of coast between An Bang and Da Nang that the tour buses never learned. Open sand, a coconut grove behind it and, for long hours, nobody. The hotel sits inside that grove, and from the living room of a villa to the water there is nothing to cross.
Two things worth knowing before you go in: you swim inside the marked area, and there is no lifeguard, so the sea is on you. And there is nothing on the sand — no loungers, no umbrellas, no beach bar. The hammocks and the shade are back in the grove, and the beach is left as it is.
Hoi An was a port before it was a postcard. Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese merchants built it street by street, and UNESCO listed it in 1999 because that town is still standing and still working: merchant houses turned into workshops, a covered bridge, tailors who have been cutting cloth for generations.
By day you go out: lanterns, markets, the Marble Mountains 15 minutes away and My Son, the other UNESCO site around here, at 55. By night you come back to a villa eight kilometres from all of it. That distance is the whole argument of the hotel: the isolation of a beach with the connections of a city, which almost nothing else on this coast has at the same time.
Faifo serves breakfast, dinner à la carte and Hoi An Night, a Vietnamese set menu between 18:00 and 21:00. Outside it, the Pool Bar during the day and the Sport Bar after dinner.
Main pool, Bamboo Spa, gym, a herb and vegetable garden of our own, and a buggy between blocks. At the end of the grove, the beach access, which is the hotel's own.
Bamboo Spa: heated bamboo rolled along the back, thatched pavilions at the end of the grove, and a thermal circuit that comes with any treatment. Reception is at lobby level.
Hoi An Night at Faifo, a three-course dinner for two, a class with the chef. Reception arranges them, and they are asked for in advance.
Weeks or a month in a villa of 140 m² or more, twelve minutes from the old town, with daily housekeeping and a laundry discount that starts on the fifth night.
Twenty-five minutes of coast from Da Nang airport to the grove at Hà My, and the old town twelve minutes inland. The route, stage by stage, on a map of the real roads.
Availability straight from the hotel, confirmed in writing before you pay anything. 9.5 out of 10 on Booking, across 77 reviews, as of July 2026.
