— Long stays

Hoi An at seven in the morning, every morning

A villa of 140 m² or more, twelve minutes from the old town, with daily housekeeping, free WiFi and a laundry discount that starts on your fifth night. For people who come to work, not to see the town in three days.

What a month here takes off your hands

Living somewhere is mostly logistics. This is the part the hotel already does, every day, without anyone having to ask for it.

01

The villa is made up daily

Housekeeping every day, whatever rate you booked. Tea, coffee, bottled water and a safe are in the room, and the buggy runs between blocks.

02

Laundry gets cheaper the longer you stay

A paid service, with 20% off from the fifth night and 40% off from the tenth. It is already set up in the hotel's system: there is nothing to ask for and nothing to negotiate.

03

Somebody is cooking from 06:30 to 23:00

Faifo serves breakfast and à la carte dinner from 06:30 to 22:30, the Pool Bar from 10:00 to 19:00 and the Sport Bar from 17:00 to 23:00. Between the three of them there is barely a gap — which is the kind of thing you notice at four in the afternoon on a Tuesday.

04

Reception never closes

24 hours, in English and Vietnamese. Add a gym, the Bamboo Spa, the pools and a beach with no road to cross — and the Eco Garden, where a good part of the kitchen's herbs come from.

The working day, in practice

Where you sit down

  • The smallest villa in the resort is 140 m² over two floors; the largest is 260 m² with a pool of its own
  • Villas with a separate living room, so the desk is not the bed
  • Private terrace, and shade in the garden pavilions all afternoon
  • In the Standard room the desk comes as standard: wardrobe, desk and WiFi

Connection

  • Free WiFi in the villa and in the common areas
  • Reception open 24 hours, whatever time your day ends
  • The hotel works in English and Vietnamese, restaurant and spa menus included

Every day

  • Daily housekeeping
  • Laundry: 20% off from the fifth night, 40% from the tenth
  • Faifo, Pool Bar and Sport Bar: something open from 06:30 to 23:00
  • Gym, pools and the Bamboo Spa

When you close the laptop

  • The beach starts behind the coconut grove, with no road to cross
  • 8 km of flat coast road into the old town — the way half of Hoi An moves
  • Marble Mountains 15 min · Da Nang 30 min · My Son 55 min
  • No sunbeds, no umbrellas and no beach bar: the beach is left as it is

How a long stay is counted here

The first two are already active in the hotel's system. Nothing to ask for.

01

From the fifth night

20% off laundry. It sounds like a detail until you notice it is the week you stop living out of a suitcase and start living out of a wardrobe.

02

From the tenth night

40% off laundry, and a routine of your own: the same table at breakfast, the coast road on a bike, the old town whenever you feel like it rather than because it is Saturday.

03

A month or longer

Not a discount off a list: a price written for your dates and your room type, by the people who run the hotel. Tell us the month and how many of you are coming — the answer comes back in writing, within 24 hours.

The questions a month raises and a weekend does not

I work remotely. Can I actually work from here?

WiFi is free in the villa and in the common areas, reception is open 24 hours and the villas have a separate living room, so the working day does not happen on the bed. In the Standard room a desk comes as standard. What this is not is a coworking space: there is no dedicated desk area, no meeting room and no printer. If your week depends on a video call at nine in the morning, ask us before you book and we will tell you straight.

How long can I stay in Vietnam?

Vietnam has no digital nomad visa. What almost everyone on a long stay uses is the e-visa, valid for up to 90 days, applied for online before travelling and available in single or multiple entry. Rules and fees change, so check the official immigration portal for your nationality before you book flights — and count the days, because the stay you book here has to fit inside the visa you get. Checked on 3 August 2026; this is information, not legal advice.

Is there laundry, and does it get cheaper if I stay longer?

Yes to both. Laundry is a paid service, and the discount is already set up in the hotel's system: 20% off from the fifth night and 40% off from the tenth. Nothing to request and nothing to negotiate — it applies because of how long you stay.

When is the best time to come?

The hotel is open all year. Central Vietnam has a dry season and a wet one, and the difference matters more here than on the beaches further south. Tell us your dates before you book and we will tell you honestly what the coast is like that week.

Are there bicycles, and can I cycle into Hoi An?

The hotel has bicycles, free, every day, for getting around inside the resort — they stay inside it. Hoi An is another matter, and a good one: it is the way half the town moves, and the coast road is flat all the way, 8 km of it with the rice fields on one side. If you want a bike to ride in, ask us when you book and we will tell you how to get hold of one.

Write to us

Tell us the month you have in mind and how many of you there are, and reception writes back with a price for those exact dates. Three things get it answered in one reply instead of three: how many weeks, whether you need a proper desk to work at, and whether anyone under 12 is coming. Put them in the message.
