The Duplex Villa looks at the garden, not at the water, and that is the whole trade: it is the most affordable way to have this much space in the resort. The bedroom sits above the living room and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The sea is a two-minute walk anyway — the whole resort is beachfront, and no guest crosses a public road to reach the sand. Two guests plus a sofa bed, and the Pool Central right there.

Does the hotel work for families with children?
Yes, and the room decides how many of you fit: the Private Pool Villa and the Private Pool Sea View Villa sleep four, the Ocean Duplex Villa and the Junior Suite three, and the Duplex Villa two plus one. One of the five Ocean Duplex is set up for a family with a child under twelve. Faifo has a children's menu, and Bamboo Spa has a treatment for under-tens — facials from twelve, massages from sixteen. If you need a cot or an extra bed, send it as a special request when you book: reception checks it with housekeeping and comes back to you before you travel.
Are there bicycles, and can I cycle into Hoi An?
The hotel has bicycles, free, every day, for getting around inside the resort — they stay inside it. Hoi An is another matter, and a good one: it is the way half the town moves, and the coast road is flat all the way, 8 km of it with the rice fields on one side. If you want a bike to ride in, ask us when you book and we will tell you how to get hold of one.

Which one is free matters less here than anywhere else in the resort: every Duplex Villa is laid out exactly the same.
